The Whitehorse Trail is Closed in this location.

The eastern 6 miles of the  Whitehorse Trail is open for regular use from Darrington to Swede Heaven Road.  16 miles of the east end of the trail received a major brushing effort this past summer.  The area shown above was covered with Himalayan Blackberry and was not accessible prior to the work done this past summer.  Some areas of the trail that were brushed are now accessible but there are trail irregularities and many of the bridges are not open for use.
